1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Bridge application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
Bridge provides a platform connecting live music artists with venues. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bridge facilitates bookings and payments between artists and venues. All transactions are subject to our payment processing terms. Bridge is not responsible for disputes arising between artists and venues outside of the platform.
5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Bridge. By uploading content, you grant Bridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform. You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bridge is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bridge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
